Because every Kind Buds piece is made to order just for you, we handle returns a little differently than a typical retailer — and we always want you to love what you get.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item or size, email us at hello@kindbuds.co within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a quick photo.

We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — and you won't need to ship anything back.

Sizing & fit

Since each piece is printed on demand, we're unable to accept returns for buyer's remorse or for ordering the wrong size. Please check the size guide before ordering.

Between sizes or not sure? Email us at hello@kindbuds.co before you buy and we'll help you choose. If a size truly doesn't work out, reach out anyway — we'll do our best to help with an exchange.

Refunds

Once a refund is approved, it's issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post it.
