Everything at Kind Buds is made to order, just for you — so here's exactly how shipping works. No fine print, no surprises at checkout.
Free U.S. shipping — always
Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order, with no minimum. We build it into our pricing so the price you see is the price you pay.
Need it sooner? Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional charge.
Processing time
Because each piece is printed and finished after you order, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.
You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order is on its way.
Delivery
Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after production, depending on your location and carrier. Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed.
International orders
We ship to most countries. International shipping is calculated at checkout. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are set by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Wrong or undeliverable addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address, we'll reach out to arrange a reshipment (additional shipping may apply).
Lost or damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged or never shows up, email us at hello@kindbuds.co within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
